For some it might be a New Year’s resolution to be their healthiest best self, and for others the struggle might be to get going again. Nonetheless whatever your reasons are take these 5 tips into consideration when taking on your 2022 Fitness regime. Take it slow Whatever you were capable of before the holidays, your period of inactivity and indulgence might suggest otherwise. Start slow, light, just move and embrace the suck. Give yourself 1-2 weeks to get back into the swing of things and gradually build on the intensity and volume of your workouts. Also refrain from using the heaviest weights in the gym. No need to show off - everyone still knows you are the strongest.
